1. Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Acceptable Item Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including all packaging (if applicable).
3. Refund and Shipping Charges
Due to the nature of the goods, refunds on shipping are only offered on returns where the item was received damaged. If you have changed your mind and wish to return the painting, you are liable for the return shipping fees and you will remain liable for the item in full until it arrives in the original condition, damage-free.
You may choose an alternative painting for exchange, subject to availability, and any difference in cost will either be issued as a credit or invoice.
The price paid will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
In some cases, a partial refund may be provided if only part of the order is returned.
For items that are part of a larger order, I may issue a refund for the specific item returned.
